The UTS Union offers many awards to students who perform at a high level in their particular sport. These include Sport Scholarships, Blues, Half Blues and other sporting awards available throughout the year.
Sports Scholarships are highly sought after not only for the considerable cash value of the award but for the significant honour it is for any student to be able to join the ranks of some outstanding Australian sportspeople.
Other sporting awards are available during the year for outstanding sports administration and for sporting achievements on the field. The Union Blue and Half Blue awards symbolise the highest levels of sporting achievement that a university student can attain awarded each year in December.
