ROWING CLUB
The
UTS Haberfield Rowing Club, formerly known as the
Haberfield Rowing Club, was established in 1925. Between 1925 and 1992 the club won many national titles and produced some magnificent athletes. After an amalgamation with UTS Union in 1992, the Club was able to strive for even greater heights, attracting more high profile athletes than ever before, and forge new and exciting partnerships with the NSW Institute of Sport, international rowing clubs and NSW schools. This amalgamation created the UTS Haberfield Rowing Club (UTSHRC).
FUNCTIONS
For a
function with a difference that won't cost the earth, come on down to the UTS Haberfield Club. The club is a rarity in Sydney. We don't charge for hiring the venue, which holds up to 120 people, inside and out on the terrace. You pay for the food and beverages at the club and let us take care of the rest.
ENTERTAINMENT
The UTS Haberfield Club has an eclectic mix of
live entertainment, trivia and poker nights throughout the week and on the weekend. Sit back, enjoy a glass of wine or cold one, while looking out at the view from the terrace, while listening to our talented acts that are continuingly changing. You're sure to become a regular.
