Dance Fit
Dance fit is a fun and funky way to shed those extra kilos, combining aerobic conditioning influenced by dance choreography its a great way to get fit and learn some new moves to bust on the dance floor.
Fatburner
Seek out your energy boost! Improve your cardiovascular endurance, promote calorie burning and most of all feel better within. The Fatburner is a freestyle class and the choreography levels vary from medium to advanced moves. This class has low to medium levels of impact and is great fun for the regular exerciser.
Freestyle
Is a cardio work out that makes its debut with one of the best freestyle instructors in Sydney. If you're up for a challenge, it promises a fun, high intensity workout, quite different from the norm.
Step Advanced
Enjoy your weekly step challenge and have fun at the same time! This awesome calorie burning class has advanced levels of choreography/stepping patterns to keep you on your toes! Suitable for the regular stepper, not recommended for beginners.
Step NRG
Discover your cardio step challenge. The stepping patterns in this class are of a medium level and athletic. Focus on improving cardiovascular endurance and co-ordination. Change the level of the platform to suit your needs. Suitable for the more experienced exerciser.
Super Circuit
Offering variety with a fun but motivating focus, this class is a must-try. It uses a variety of equipment from free-weights to adjustable barbells to step platforms, running between cones, skipping or working with medicine balls. Super Circuit will leave you breathless and wanting more! Suitable for all levels.
TBT
A taste of everything. Working the tummy, butt & thighs, finish off with a stretching phase, this class is a good introduction to group exercise. Start with easy to follow aerobic moves, and then move into the toning phase of the class. Recommended for those just starting out and who prefer low impact classes.
Latino Blast
A great class with attitude! Let the funky Latino aerobics, raise your heart rate and finish off with abdominal work and relax into the cool down phase. This class has many underlying fitness benefits. So get groovy with this fantastic alternative to a traditional cardiovascular workout. All levels of fitness and coordination welcome!
Circuit
Variation galore. Circuit classes use a variety of floor exercises and weight machines to increase stamina, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Let the instructor take you on a different exercise journey each week! Participants can vary the intensity to suit their fitness level and needs. Suitable for all levels. Please note numbers are restricted to 16 in this class.
Body Pump
Be in the best shape of your life... A non-impact workout using adjustable barbells to carry out resistance training exercises that target all major muscle groups. Benefits include muscle toning and conditioning, greater energy levels, improved posture and metabolic rate. Suitable for all to try. Please note:- If participating in Body Pump for the first time, we request you arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. Please then advise the Instructor it is your first time, they will provide assistance in barbell setup and demonstrate safe and effective technique.
Yoga
Designed to increase mental and physical awareness. Through a variety of poses and stretching exercises, with an emphasis on controlled breathing, Yoga will assist in balancing and conditioning the body. Come out feeling calm and relaxed. Suitable for all levels.
Pilates
Pilates is a unique form of simple yet precise body conditioning exercises, which focuses on strengthening and balancing the muscles of the body, particularly the abdominals and the back. It creates better posture and flexibility by examining and becoming sensitive to muscle imbalances. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Body Attack
A high intensity cardiovascular workout, with basic aerobic moves. This is a very motivating class, driven by dynamic music and a fun focus. Participants can achieve new heights in their fitness goals by increasing all over body strength, stamina and stabilization. Some level of fitness recommended.
Boxing Fitness
Box your way to better health and fitness in this awesome bout of fun and sweat! Designed to increase your strength and fitness levels, improve hand-eye coordination and general boxing skills. No prior boxing skill required, suitable for all. Please note, participants are required to wear cotton glove inners for this class. These can be purchased at reception.
TRIM and TONE
Makes its debut at the fitness centre this month. Increase muscle definition and burn calories in this great lunch-time workout.
Yoga/ Dance fusion
Debuts this month fusing contemporary dance movements with yoga principles.
SPIN
Spin is here!!!! Utilising only the best in cycling equipment this 45 minute class is challenging and fun. Spaces are limited so dont miss out! Feeling fit? Try a circuit, Freestyle double from 12:10pm Thursdays. TBT combines aerobic movements with body weight resistance to firm up your tummy, butt and thighs! 2008 is here so lets make a a year thats all about you!
