Saturdays & Sundays - calculated on catering related revenue only. 15%

Public holidays - calculated on food and beverage revenue. 40%

After midnight
- to keep the bar open per hour or part thereof $3.50 per person or $250 whichever is greater

Cash bar
- a bar guarantee of $250.00 or $5.00 per person is required, whichever is greater.

Weekend on campus catering deliveries
- a minimum spend of $400.00 is required.

Calculated on one per 50 guests or part thereof.

Security

- required for student functions, birthdays celebrations and any other functions management may deem there is a need each per hour

Monday to Sunday (per hour – 4hr min) $40.00

Calculated on one per 100 guests or part thereof and they are required half an hour before and after the function.
