Room Hire - Charges cover the set up of the room to your requirements and includes, if required staging, a lectern with corded microphone (function centre only), overhead projector with screen, whiteboard & water cooler.
Full day Charges - based on 9hr usage between 7.00am & 5.00pm.
Half day charges - are based on morning up to 12 noon, afternoon between 12 noon and 6pm or evening after 6pm usage, if your event crosses over 2 periods then the full day charge will apply.
Weekend - For room booking purposes weekend rates apply from 5.00pm Friday evening until midnight on Sunday
Extended hours - Should your event run over time, charges of an additional 10% of the room hire costs per hour will be applied plus any additional staff and security charges if applicable.
24 Hr bookings - charged at the full day room rate + the half day room rate.
Dinners - if you have 80 guests or more the venue will be provided free of charge. Less than 80 guests and room hire charges apply.
