Events within the function centre, beverage service is from the bar, for stewards to provide drink service to the tables or around the room there is an extra charge – please see Service and Surcharges page for staff charges. Bar service within the Gallery is until midnight, it can be extended only if prior arrangements have been made, after midnight charges would apply (maximum extension is 2.00am). For functions within the Gallery Function Centre, all food & beverages must be supplied by the function centre. Please be aware that the Gallery Function Centre encourages and aims to maintain responsible service of alcohol.
